2026 Fall Flag Football

Football has 3 age divisions, by grade:

  • PreK-1st grade
  • 2nd-4th grade
  • 5th-7th

Practice schedule TBD at the discretion of coaches

PreK-1st practices only on Sundays an hour prior to the game

Registration Fee
We have a registration fee per participant to cover our registration costs. This is a mandatory, non-refundable fee, and applies to all participants, including those requesting a scholarship. Thanks for your understanding.

2026 Fall Cheer

Cheer has 3 squads, each with a limit of 25 participants:

  • K-1st grade
  • 2nd-4th grade
  • 5th-8th grade (14 years old)

The date cheerleading will start is August 8th 10am - 12pm for Skills Jamboree and Meet the Squad.

Practices will start Monday August 10th 5:30pm. Practice will be every Monday and Thursday evening until games officially begin. Practice will then move to Monday evenings. 

Practice times
K to first - 5:30pm to 6:30pm
2nd to 4th- 5:30pm to 6:30pm
5th to 8th - 5:30pm to 7pm

2026 Fall Softball

All of our leagues are recreational, with an instructional focus while providing opportunities for all skill levels.

Age Groups:
$175.00 - Rookie League (6U): Birth dates between: 9/1/2019 - 8/31/2021
The Rookie League for our 6u players is an instructional 4-6 year old league that introduces proper techniques for fielding, throwing, catching and hitting a softball, all while having a lot of fun. The Rookie League is coach pitch with a tee if needed. 

$275.00 - Minor League (8U): Birth dates between: 9/1/2017 - 8/31/2019
The Minor League for our 8u players is an instructional and developmental 7-8 year old league that follows ASA rules with local modification for recreational play. The Minor League introduces and reinforces softball fundamentals of fielding, throwing, catching, hitting and base running. The Minor League is coach pitch.

$275.00 - Major League (10U): Birth dates between: 9/1/2015 - 8/31/2017
The Major League for our 10u players provides an instructional and developmental 9-10 year old league that follows ASA rules with local modification for recreational play. The Major League introduces and reinforces more advanced rules such as pitching, stealing and defensive control of the ball. The Major League is kid pitch with coach rescue. 

$275.00 - Junior League (12U): Birth dates between: 9/1/2013 - 8/31/2015
The Junior League for our 12u players provides an instructional, developmental and more competitive 11-12 year old league that follows ASA rules with local modification for recreational play. The Junior League is kid pitch only.

League Fees:
Registration fees include dri-fit softball jersey, pants, belt and matching socks. Additional equipment required: batting helmet; (with face mask and chin strap); mitt/glove; bat; softball safety fielder’s mask. Cleats are optional but encouraged.

2026 Fall Baseball

Sandy Springs is affiliated with Braves Country Baseball. All of our leagues are recreational, with an instructional focus while providing opportunities for all skill levels.

Fall baseball is a great opportunity to have clinics for the players to learn baseball, hone their skills and enjoy time with friends. For fall baseball, we host clinics and have games starting in September. The Baseball leadership will group the players to maximize enjoyment and instruction. We typically will see groupings in the following manner:


4-5 Year Olds (Rising Rookie/Spring 2027 Rookie)

  • Saturday clinic format
  • Run by NL Coaches and volunteers
  • Similar to our current Rookie program with skills stations and weekly scrimmages
  • Focus on introducing the fundamentals of baseball in a fun, instructional environment

5-6 Year Olds (Rising IL/Spring 2027 IL Players)

  • Tuesday practices and Friday games
  • Run by an NL Coach with volunteer dads
  • Similar to the Sandy vs. Springs All Stars format
  • Tuesdays will be skills-focused and run similarly to evaluations, while Fridays will be game days
  • Players will remain on the same team throughout the season
  • Additional teams may be added based on registration numbers

7-8 Year Olds (Rising 7U/Spring 2027 Players)

  • Traditional 7-8 Fall Ball format
  • Intended for players who will be eligible for 7U next spring and are ready to play up
  • Participation for players on the cusp will be based on ability and readiness
  • Please note that if a player is not ready to compete with 8-year-olds using a harder ball and 7U rules, they should not participate in the 7-8 Fall Ball division.


9U Program (Age 9)

  • Designed to introduce and teach pitching fundamentals
  • Continues to focus on overall baseball skill development and fundamentals
  • Provides instruction and game experience to help players prepare for the next level of competition


12U Program (Ages 10, 11 & 12)

  • Continues to emphasize baseball fundamentals and skill development
  • Includes weekly games, pending holidays, beginning in September
  • Provides players with opportunities to compete while continuing to build their baseball knowledge and abilities
